Although my practice is a general one, I most frequently handle legal matters in the following areas:

• auto accidents, wrongful death cases and personal injury settlements
• general commercial and civil litigation
• employment law
• banking matters
• construction issues
• development work
• all types of real estate matters

Over the years, I have had trial experience in virtually every area of the law, from complex commercial transactions, to homicides, serious injuries and traffic tickets. Clients range from banks to manufacturers to construction firms to everyday folks. I have also acted as an arbitrator to settle disputes for other lawyers.

I am licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota, both in state and federal courts.

My wife, Wanda, and I have three daughters, Sara, Laura and Angie. When I'm not practicing law, I'm on my Harley with my wife traveling somewhere or planning my next motorcycle trip.
